The Name

OOMOO is an Aboriginal word that was used by the Dieyerie Tribe of South Australia, meaning 'good'

and as our ethos is all about looking, being & feeling good, the choice of name now seems strangely obvious!

The Dieyerie Tribe used to live in a region 630 miles north of Adelaide, through which Cooper's Creek runs.

They were noted for the warmth of their hospitality and their love of children and parents, together with the

respect of their elders.As the time & location of their lives dictated - they also led a completely organic lifestyle!
